How to get your rolls
We bake in small batches and show up where it matters—farmers markets, pop-ups, and your special orders.
Catch us in person for fresh rolls (get there early—flavors sell out fast), or place a custom order ahead of time for pickup. When we announce our next market, a limited number of rolls will be available for pre-order.
We also do custom orders! Whether it’s a dozen for a weekend or a spread for a gathering, we’ve got you covered. Contact us or send us a DM on Instagram for more information.
From-scratch brioche dough
Rich, soft, and layered—the kind of dough you can’t rush. Our rolls are proofed overnight in the fridge for maximum flavor.
Our rolls are never frozen and baked fresh for each market and pop-up!
